癒しの穴場発見！シンガポールの喧騒を離れた「健康・美・癒しの極上体験」
11月15日（水）“美と健康と癒しのスペシャルプログラム"にご招待いただきました！この日のために、ヨガ、スパ、オーガニック・ティーブランドがコラボし、心とカラダに働きかける3時間のメニューを作ってくださいました。後日『エイビーロード、エイビーガール』でも日本の観光客向けにレポートさせていただきますが、まずはこのブログで速報として、裏話も含めてご紹介します！
Special invitation for the beauty, health and relaxation program I attended on Wed 15th Nov. Yoga instructor, Spa, and Organic herb tea brand collaborated exclusively for this event and created 3 hours menu for body and soul retreat. I will report officially on AB ROAD / AB GIRL magazine soon but here is a quick report!
私のようなシンガポール長年の在住者でも普段なかなか行くことがない、アンモキオ。ローカルの人々が散歩で行き来する広大で静かな公園の中に、今回会場となったスパ『Aramsa Spa（アラムサ・スパ）』とヨガスタジオ、そしてレストランがありました。さながら、ミニ・デンプシー※！でも、もうコマーシャル化されたデンプシーよりも、知る人ぞ知る的“隠れ家”感がたっぷり。

Located in Ang Mo Kio, perhaps we are not really familiar with this area, even myself living here for a long time. It’s a first time for me to visit, nice to see locals taking a walk in this huge and tranquil park, it’s so hidden place there we see a secret magical garden with spa, yoga studio and even a restaurant. It’s almost little Dempsy! But less commercial, which is good, it makes more “private feeling” for visitors.
マジカル・ワールドへの入り口に近づくと、出席者全員の心臓がドキドキ！！期待に高鳴る鼓動を感じながら、入室。今回は10名のシンガポール在住のインフルエンサー女性が招待されています。
Approaching the entrance, a door to the magical world… I can hear our heart is bumping faster for excitement. 10 influencer ladies based in Singapore were invited for this special program!
プログラムの最初は、ヨガ。
担当の美里先生は知識豊富で、美しい方。癒しボイスで、インナーピース発見の世界へと、快適にいざなってくれました。ストレッチや呼吸法テクニックで、心とカラダをほぐす方法を教えてくださり、心とカラダは実に繋がっているんだな、と発見する時間となりました。激しいベリーダンスの練習から身体メンテナンスの不調を抱えていた私に、沢山の貴重なアドバイスもいただきました。窓一面が緑と、リラックスするためのアンビエントも完璧。
The program started with Yoga.
Yoga by the licensed instructor, Misato … knowledgeable & beautiful instructor comfortably led us to the inner piece with her soft & warm voice. Learnt a lot of stretch and breathing technique to relax our mind and body. I learnt it’s all connected & she gave me great advice to my personal problem on body maintenance. The ambient is perfect to totally relax surrounded by greens that you can see through the windows.
ヨガの後は、極上スパ。アラムサスパはアワード受賞歴のある、実はすごいスパなんです。バリをイメージした、シンガポール初の”ガーデンスパ”だけに緑がいっぱいの環境で受けるスパは、リラクゼーションの本当の意味を教えてくれる気がします。元モデル、女優のジャズリールさんがオーナーで、職業柄美とリラクゼーションへのこだわりが強く、それがスパの隅々に反映されているのが見て取れます。美しい！

Aramsa Spa… award winning spa with well-trained staff in cozy green environment, a pioneer of garden spa, which gives you true meaning of relaxation. Founded by Ms. Jazreel Low, who was famous actress and model therefore she cares about beauty and relaxation. She is so beautiful!
この日受けたのは甘い蘭の香りのオイルを使った、シグニチャーマッサージで、看板メニューでした。フットバスに始まり、全身マッサージを受けているとふと眠りに落ちる瞬間が多々あり、起きているのが大変でした。通された部屋がちょうどカップルルームだったので、みなさんはボーイフレンドや友達と来ても良いのでは？担当してくれたマッサージ師さんは、このスパで７年の経験があるとのこと！そもそもジャズリールさんは、経験５年以上のベテランしか雇わないポリシー。他のマッサージ師さんも８年勤務している方もいて、仕事に至ってはとかく人の入れ替わりが激しいシンガポールでオーナーの良さがここにも表れているのかな、と感じました。マッサージのクオリティや環境のよさ、清潔さのスタンダードが高く維持されている印象を持ちました。やっぱり、都会のスパと違ってリラックス感が違う！
So the Spa menu I had signature massage with sweet orchid oil. Started from foot bath then continued to body massage. It was so hard to resist falling asleep! My room was designed for a couple so it’s good to come with your bf or girl friend! Massage staff is well trained and she has over 7 years experience in this Spa. Jazreel choose a masseuse carefully, she hire only someone with certain experience over 5 years. Other masseuse has 8 years experience in this Spa and I felt it’s very positive result of how the owner treats her staff because nobody stay in a same job in Singapore for such a long time. I had very good impression about it. So quality of masseuse, environment and cleanness is highly maintained I must say. The difference with city Spa is that I can totally unwind here because of whole set up.

It’s getting really long blog and I will continue to tomorrow... Next menu is organic herb tea Nilfer Tea which I super enjoyed!!
